The International Coach Federation (ICF)is the professional standard and the voice of the global coaching profession. It is the only globally recognized, independent credentialing program. Just like anything worthwhile that you work and play hard to achieve, a credential through the International Coach Federation is prized because and because it has established high standards that are clear, sound, well-established and recognized. These standards define and preserve the coaching profession, and provide a measure of protection for both coach and client. Membership includes over 17,000 professional personal and business coaches representing over 95 countries. Out of this number, only approximately 4700 have become certified.
